What's going on guys, for the past 4 months I have been lurking trying to make my decision. On Friday my 00 Formula will be sold (hopefully) and Saturday ill hopefully take home a 09 SS. Welcome to the forum! You should be able to do that if not better....the problem is dealerships always pay different prices for used cars, so in reality, who knows what the actual markup is. but yea I would start low and see what they can do for you

I pushed the dealer as hard as I could over a few days. In the end they came down a little, but I still paid more than I really planned to. The story seems to be that they paid too much for it to begin with. Whether or not I believe that is up in the air. But, I couldn't find anything else with the color, mileage, and condition I wanted.

It seems as most of you guys are happy with the SS's, I hope I will be, the cars it will be replacing are lots of fun (Ranger, Firebird). When I talked to the dealer on the phone, they kept pushing the fact that it was certified...I had to explain that the fact that it was certified meant nothing to me, if the car ended up being a hunk of junk the certification would just mean it's a certified piece of ..... Well going to see it tomorrow, I am pumped..BOOOOOST!
