You can buy the factory service manuals either directly from Helm Inc. (They are pricy though)

If you only have a question about something, there are plenty of members who would look up the info and post it for you. However, if you like to have instant access to all the info, the service manual set is the way to go. Yes, they are pricey, but if you can save yourself a trip to the dealer or repair shop just once, payback is pretty quick ! I purchased mine through Helm.
