You wouldn't happen to have any pics of your Mazda's that you could post up? I'm curious to see them now lol.
I'll have to dig some up. It's been a while, but the last Mazda I owned went back to stock a couple years back. I sold my last RX7 about 3 years ago. Didn't want to see that go, but a turbo 2 seater isn't ideal for my situation. I'll have another soon enough.

Here's the old turbo II. Bone stock appearance, but nasty under the hood. With a tire swap, it ran 12.7 in the quarter.

The wife's old Protege5. Naturally aspirated. Pretty but not fast.

I have some more, but I can't seem to find the pictures. I'll let you know if I can find them.

Sweet, I've seen the car around Ella Pinemont area a couple weeks ago. I used to work in the Heights.

Yeah, our temporary shop is in the heights. The car's been in for the ignition recall after the key got stuck. Been there longer than I've driven it.

I don't know how I missed this a month ago, but somehow I did lol. That was my bad, but thanks for posting up those pics man. I'm definitely digging the sleeper look on the old turbo II. As for the Protege it would be decently fast if it was the Mazdaspeed version, but that was only offered in the sedan version. If you ever find those other pics definitely let me know. I would love to see them.

Yeah, the only difference in appearance you would see if you knew exactly what you were looking at is the wheels and exhaust. Those are 88 wheels and mine was an 87. Really hard to notice if you don't know the FC series rx7, but they were lighter that year. The exhaust was a racing beat turbo-back that fit as well as the factory exhaust. It was really quiet up until WOT and tire chirps through third gear.

The only pictures I can seem to find now is pictures of the totaled wagon and an old busa.

The red wagon wasn't with us for long...
The busa was a let-down. Always wanted one and didn't like the way it felt like a huge bike.

Yeah I could definitely tell the exhaust was different, but you're absolutely right if you didn't know the FC series RX-7 you would never guess the wheels were any different. That is unless you told them they were lol.

It's a shame what happened to your red Protege. Sorry to hear about that, but I hope everyone was alright afterwards. After all that's what really matters. As for the busa they're nice bikes imo, but I'm more of a cruiser bike fan than a sport bike fan. I am however looking at getting a BMW R Nine T once I get my motorcycle license. I keep putting it off, but it's about time I finally went and got it lol.
