Some parts of the country probably will, but not California. My hometown in GA is part way there already. We finally dipped down under $3.00 last week.

GA is at $2.30 range, right now, regular unleaded.

Doesn't seem like it was that long ago I was upset about $1.79 a gallon. Now most of us would be excited about the price going that low.

We are down to 2.19 / gallon for 87 here in southwest ohio. I am undecided if I should feel happy about paying 2.19 though. LOL

Actually, we are around $2.3X here also. But I just bet that when we start traveling around Thanksgiving, the oil companies will find some reason to raise it back.
