We've had some odd strikes here lately.

Last week, a couple of people were sitting in a gazebo, the lightning hit nearby, travelled underground (while blasting a small trench along the ground) and came up into the gazebo. One of the people took a hit through the bottom of the feet and it came out the top of the leg.

Couple of teens got an indirect hit at a golf course the same day....one kid was unconcious for about 10 minutes.

I love watching lightning, but it's something ya don't want to mess with.
