I too agree on that but also , we need to take more responsibility for our own actions IMO. It is sad that someone had to die in this but maybe if we as a people held ourselves accountable for our actions this could be reduced? Not trying to start a Flame war here so if that is your intention please refrain, just putting in my Opinion..

It didn`t say why the stop was made.
A lengthy record is easy to accumulate in the Big City, and nowhere in the story did I see any mention of the guy being a Car Thief.
There`s a lot of speculation being thrown around, I can imagine why some of it`s being done.
It`s certainly not the dislike of the Veh. involved.
A guy gets killed for an unknown reason, and the concern is whether the car was hit...

 

You're right, it was probably a bag of illeagel substance.
Reason is pretty apprarent. Wouldn't expect anything less if I were to shoot just a single round at an officer.

 

I`m not sure what kind of substance you`re trying to put in this guys possesion, saw no mention of any thing LEAGLE or otherwise.
