IMO...another fine piece of work by a police department.

Now you can get cynical with me, BB.

IMO, it is sad that a man died, It's sad that poverty exist, and that crime is sometimes the option someone feels is their only way to survive. So forget that the reason for the stop was allegedly drug related. Or that he allegedly attempted to flee, that he allegedly shot first at police, and had an alleged criminal record. To often the innocent by stander is the one injured in these incidents, and we rely on our police to keep us safe. I feel their job in this day and age is tougher then ever, it was broad day light during rush hour in front of witnesses. Not in a dark alley out of every ones sight, and only their side of the story. It's never a good day to die for anyone, but if you do the crime and you die in the process, I'm not losing much sleep over it. Had it been a mother and child that were killed being in the wrong place at the wrong time in the way of a police chase, that is truly tragic. And it was the criminal who walked away, got slapped once again on the wrist, or had to do a shot amount of time in jail. Due to his tough hard luck life, and everyone and the system failed him. When do we stop feeling sorry for criminals in America, put God back in the PC USA and start standing up for the victims again?

How can a person say, "It`s never a good day for anyone to die", and at the same time declare that "We need more God in our lives"?
How do you expect to meet God, no matter how you lived your life, if you don`t die?
Wouldn`t that actually be your goal, wouldn`t that be considered as a good thing, to die and see God?
And where is this "PC" that you want to put God into?

Some of you guys actually feel bad when a criminal that shoots at police dies? I am also confused by what anyone’s god has to do with this. We all know god can end all of America’s problems right? People's various gods have done such a good job so far so lets have more god. Religion creates more problems in this world than it solves. Why accept responsibility for your actions and make things happen when there is a magic man in the sky you can pray to for forgiveness and help. The world would be a better place if everyone gave up their illogical vain thoughts of religion and actually made the world a better place instead of praying for it. How much do you want to bet this guy that died was a beliver. Now he gets a chance to meet his god.

Probably. Religion is the deviding line we shouldn't bring up. Some people just seem to expect everyone to believe, and it's usually their god that they expect you to believe in.
