Well at about $9 a square foot its not too bad. Would you be wanting electric or forced hot water?

Forced hot water is a bit cheaper if it can be plumbed into an existing system, otherwise electric is better because it heats up faster. Tile or wood flooring in the house of doggy?

Tile keeps the heat better, more thermal mass in the tile and grout. Wood is cheaper to install, but it can warp if not fully cured and acclimatized prior to installation. Is this bringing back bad remodeling memories for anybody else?

Oh from about ten years back when I wanted to strangle a contractor and bury him with his own backhoe, but I'm all better now. Just one of the reasons I bought this condo, I like life without all the hassles of conventional home ownership. Besides, who needs yard work?

Isn't that what kids, grandkids, or nephews/nieces are for?
