Never quite dealt with anything that dumb when I was a prosecutor, but there were a few that came close. Ever heard of a car thief who can't drive?

In my case, yes, they were that dumb. It was a family deal - the boys would do the stealing and Grandpa (who was blind) would be stationed where he (allegedly) could hear people coming. You have to remember, I live in Western MD where WV is a spit away.... and young boys play the banjo on front porches.
