Why worry them when "we're gonna climb higher to get a better look at what's downwind"? (all a part of passenger management)

 

It has to be easier than answering the "what the h*ll was that!?!" questions from a nervous flyer in the seat behind you, things are so much gentler at balloon speeds than at 175 mph corrected ground speed.

You do know I still had to give a quick glance today to answer that age old question, are the wings still on?
