My 8 year old bought some new shoes for his birthday and after three days they sole separated. I took them back and they had none anywhere inb the company. This was the shoe he really wanted so I asked them to credit it back and they said no. Contacted the home office they said they would take care of it and they did not all they did was try to send me a gift card. So make sure if you shop there buyer beware

Did business with them for many years. Always purchased top of the line, CURRENT MODEL, and only had ONE PROBLEM, which ironically is the same as yours......sole separation in 3 days. They gave me a new pair.

However, I generally do not buy from them now. I use the NET, after I locate the shoes I want in one of the specialty stores.
