I hope so too. Hopefully the daylight will reveal something. I know one thing for sure, I won't be driving the HHR to that meeting anymore.

Sorry to hear about that Mike. Seems to happen whenever a person tries to have something nice, another person gets jealous and has to ruin it. I've had crap like that happen to my cars before and it sucks!

I wouldn't be quite as upset if I could at least replace the sub.

It was a discontinued model that solf for close to $1000 that I got for a little over $300. It thumped HARD.

I'm glad no glass was broke. They must not have opened any of the side doors since nothing in the back or front seat was taken.

Sorry to hear the news Mike. With all the electronic devices on the market now days, some low life probably "hawked" your code. Saw in Autozone the other day a device that could search transmiter codes. These type of items shouldn't be so easily obtainable.

NO WAY!!!

Dude, I am SO SORRY to hear that...

As terrible as it sounds, you are very very lucky you still have most of BOB in one piece and that paint job was not damaged. Almost sounds like a bunch of kids since they didn't bother damaging or stealing the entire vehicle.

What part of "the hood" was this meeting? It didn't happen at the hospital, did it?

I hope you at least filed a police report in case those low-down idiots get caught with the stolen sub. Slim chance but there is always a chance they may try to sell it and it will be tracked as stolen and you'll get it back. Find that serial number or call the shop where you purchased it.

Any security camera's at the parking lot or facing it?

As for the alarm... mine seems to work fine but my key will start my HHR but won't allow me to unlock the driver's door. WTF?

Again, I am so sorry to hear about this...

BK

That really sucks Mike!!! What a bummer!! There are some real *******s out there, probably too lazy to work so they just steal what they want!
Hope he or they get caught, and you get your sub back in the same condition!!

What`s the chances that someone figured out a way in, while "BOB" was in the shop (body)?
Someone familiar with your ride, could easily create a pass-thru, for a later date.
Just thinking...
