Great to hear from you, I've been wondering how you were doing. I was in Kansas City, KS today, and they kept repeating on the radio I-70 was closed from Hayes, KS all the way through Colorado. Thats a big stetch of highway. Really sucks for those trying to get to thier loved ones place for Christmas, or trying to get home. I kinda feel bad for all the complaining I did about our 18" of snow a couple of weeks ago. One thing about our snow, we had several buildings roof collapse from the weight of the snow, and that was just 18". I can't imagine how much all that weighs. Wow you guys really got hammered.

I had green Christmases for years. Looks like Buffalo's getting one this year. Sorry about the snow there, deb. Sounds a lot like our freak October storm. (except the media seems to like Denver more than Buffalo. )

Hey, keep the cold weather up there, will ya? It's been kinda cool here in Phoenix - this may be the first year I don't get to wear shorts on Christmas Day. We're only going to get up to the mid-60's this weekend - BRRRRRR!

Let's see..........guess I'll have to come out there with my Ariens snowblower..........11.5 HP, 28" wide swath, locking differential, headlight to work in the dark, and heated handgrips. What the heck, I need to use it sometime, and it looks like you folks sucked all the snow out of the sky.

We're doing pretty good now. The cleanup has started and I added 25 more photos on my Windows Live Spaces page.

That's what Rochester should look like by now. Instead of the green lawns and 40-50 degree temps we've been having. You're lucky to have a white Christmas! It just doesn't feel right around here.

We need snow up here... Need to cover the septic tanks up before the real cold sets in.. Can I line up some semi trucks Deb?

There is a guy with a snow machine that rents it to people to make snow for their yards... Cover the septic tanks..
