I was in Mexico for my honeymoon in August and I saw this along with a slew of other compact chevys that appeared to be late models. THe dealership was totally different. I saw one HHR and it looked like an SUV compared to everything else on the road.

THe streets in Puerto Vallarta were terrible and all these little cars' suspensions were just destroyed...never mind the alignment...

But anyway, like said before, there were a ton of cars I had never seen before that I don't think will ever make a debut in the states

It was only a few years ago VW stopped production of the Beetle in Mexico. Wonder what it would cost to get one and make is US compliant?

When I traveled to SoCal alot, I went to the "outlet" shops near the border, several of the shops near there did exchange rate. I think it was San Ysidro (sp).

i go to mexico every summer and winter. i live close to a city called guadalajara. i see these vehicles all the time, even trick out. i drive this over in mexico. they have none of these here in the u.s. it is a 2000 merecedes benz A 160.
