classic short bed vs short bed

My husband is looking at a 2007 GMC Sierra regular cab short bed pick up, but when I look up the value on kelly blue book it gives me two options,
1. classic short bed or
2. short bed, anyone know what the difference is?

The value for the short bed is alot higher ($23,000) than the classic short bed ($20,000).

Any help would be appreciated!

Classic would mean it's the old body style (like the ones from 2006 and earlier) Non-classic would look like the current body style. In 2007 when the new body style came out, GM sold Silverado's and Sierra's called "Classics" which were basically just left over parts from the old style they were trying to use up.

The Classic Model is the "Old Body Style" and the "Short Bed" is the New Model GMC.

In 2007 They Sold both Model's one known as the Classic and the other and just Silverado,Sierra.

Yes they Classic will probably be cheaper since it's body style has been around since 2001.

That one is not a classic, since it looks like the new style. It would say classic in the model, and it would look like the older body style.

Thanks for the help. My bank was looking at the value for the classic so that makes a big difference!
