PTSD: post traumatic stress disoroder
PMS: pre-menstrual syndrome

PTSD is alluding to McCain's POW status and perhaps having long-buried issues that can manifest themselves usually when you least expect it--first found in Vietnam vets, but now a part of the DSM-IV-R (Am. Psych. Assoc manual) and a documentable mental concern--basically, if you have a traumatic event in your life, we have a tendency to 'hide it' in our minds and something, anything can 'trigger' the memory and it can be devastating sometimes.

PMS, obvious I think!

PMS- pack my stuff !!!

PTSD isn't limited to War Vets. Just ask anyone who lived through Katrina, Sept 11th or divorce.

I find the sticker very offensive as the son of a Marine who fought in Korea and the relative of many Vietnam veterns and I am glad someone removed it.

This thread has become a reincarnation of the last closed politcal thread.

Hi Elle!
See highlighted part of my post.
My job is to be aware of all this.

I echo the comments of both Goose and ChevyMgr. Those who think this kind of stuff is funny undoubtedly never served their country and have no respect for those who did. Pretty sad, actually.
