Glad to see no one was hurt. That really sucks about the car, looked very nice. Hopefully their insurance will do a good job getting you the money you deserve for a car that well kept

Sorry to hear about the Prelude, Deb. And, glad Henry appears to be O'k.

But, if you think positive about this.....the insurance payout COULD go into Smoke.

Sorry to hear about the accident and I'm glad that Henry is ok. I can't believe cops are that slow over there. Where I used to live the police report would be ready in 24 hours but of course you would have to pay for it unless your insurance company called for it. What are your plans if any for the Prelude? Do you plan on getting another one or get something newer?. Glad to hear everyone is ok

Sorry to hear about and see what happen Deb. Glad Henry seems ok. I know how you fell since I am still waiting for them to finsih fixing my HHR.
I got to work today and my boss shows me photos of his wreck last night. Someone rear ended his 06 stang. She had no ins and had a warrent out and the car was not hers. To top it off her green card had expired.
He was sore today but was ok.

+Sorry about your Prelude Deb, looks like you really took care of it, what a shame. Is that an '86? My ex and I had one that looked just like yours. She got to keep it after we split back in '88 and used it up until about a year ago when it just got worn out. Great car though!!

Yep...it's an 84 and Henry took really good care of. I'm so glad no one was injured...we can replace the car. Money we get will have to go into getting another car. His uses way too much gas (gets about 10mpg, I think). Don't need nothing fancy...just something to get him where he needs to go. Police Dept said it would take a day or 2 to get all the info together and get officers out there to make better diagrams of the accident scene. Guess that has something to do with 5 cars being involved.

Really going to miss that car...great on gas...good looking and now all crashed up. Who knows...maybe we'll luck out and it can be repaired...but that's really a pipe dream, I'm sure.

Thanks to everyone for their concern and comments. I'll keep you posted.

Jeez, another accident! Sorry to hear about this... and glad to see that Henry faired well in the incident. People always say that there are two things guaranteed in life; death and paying taxes. Well, I think there should be a third added to that: the involvement in some sort of collision in your driving life. It seems to be that way, anyway. I'm only 18 and have been either the passanger or driver in 4(!!) accidents so far (none of which were my/our fault). Hopefully I wont have the pleasure of experiencing any more the rest of my life. But at the rate I'm going...
