Dumbest Drivers..
OK so I missed the one about parking on a hill, but I think a 95 is good anyway. like someone said earlier, hill's? What hill's....it's pretty flat here in Florida...LOL
I find it hard to believe Washington state came in second. Apparently the drivers there are pretty book savy, but I can tell you from personal experience after living there for 8 years (recently). The worst drivers I've ever encountered were in Washington. They have the worst tailgaters and run more red lights than I've seen anywhere. And I've lived all over the US. You folks in WA please don't take this personal, I'm just sharing my experience with you. After all I was born in Wenachee, WA and grew up in Hawaii.

I got 95% too, but WAY back when I learned to drive it was illegal to cross the street w/o being in a crosswalk. It was called 'jaywalking', guess it doesn't apply anymore....Sonny Martin's best half and I even knew how to park on a hill even if I grew up in Florida! Norma Jean
