Spent my weekend emailing and playing dealers around to see what kind of deal we can get on an 06 Equinox for the wife.
Well none of them could find the car the wife really wanted. Finally the I got sick of emailing and the wife spoke a few times to one of the internet salesgirl at the dealership I got my HHR. Well closet she could get was a fully loaded 2LT in Black Amethyst she wanted the Salsa Red and not fully loaded.
Anway after going to talking to them here is what the numbers are they brought back
MSRP 28K
After gm discount rebates and are trade(paid off 04 KIA van) cash deal we are walking out just over 16k TTL included.
What knocked me over was they offered 9k for the van. Anyway they have to get it from another dealer out of town so we wont have it till Tuesday, Monday night if we get lucky.

we have a Nox and wife drives it. she loves it and it is her daily driver.

 

My wife wants one really bad, since we test drove one about 3 weeks ago. She will not stop talking about it.

 

They are nice. Should be interesting to see if she let me drive it. I mean sometimes I let her drive the HHR. She has been looking at them for a couple of months and finally said she wanted it get one now so she did. I just hope they call today and say they got it so she will relax
