If you do, let me know how they turned out.

It's been awhile since I've been to Del Rio. Pretty country out your way.

Don't really have a name for it but if you think of one let me know. Its more or less upgraded mac n cheese. Take 1 lb of medium shell macaroni and boil until done. Throw into crockpot. Saute 1 green pepper and a small onion in butter until tender. Throw into crockpot. Add 1 large can cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb velveeta cheese, 1/2 lb monterey jack with jalapeno cheese, and 2 small cans of chicken broth. Heat on low until cheese is melted. Stir thoroughly and enjoy. Sometimes to make it into a meal I add cubed up chicken breast.

Mandarin Orange Cheese(PIE)cake.

Take 1 package room temperature cream cheese and 1 container of cool whip and blend. Mix in 1/2 jar orange marmalade jelly. Pour into store bought graham cracker pie crust. Decorate top with 1 can of mandarin orange sections. Starting from outside place orange sections around pie working into middle. Refrigerate until serving.
