Great Commercial....Jeff Gordon

This is hilarious. Always wanted to do it, but never had the "stones".

My sister just sent me that this morning. Kind of reminds me of when they let me test drive the Mustang 5.0 at Fairview Ford........

Yea that thang is viral, seems to be on every forum I visit and coworkers can't stop yaking about it.

Interesting how it brings out one's perspective of the net as some seek reason to justify plausibility of the premise, while others such as myself cite evidence to reveal it as staged. Uhhh what was that name again of the Pepsi product it is designed to promote?

You are aware that is actually a professional stunt driver you're watching and not Jeff Gordon? When I first saw this I was thinking there's no way this whole thing wasn't staged; but WOW it sure gives Gordon's wheel skills positive exposure.

Then after much debate at work Snopes.com revealed this as a hoax commercial if you will. With that said Gordon isn't driving and ain't even a good actor in the commercial; so what cred does he have left?

It was filmed at Troutman Motors in Concord NC. Jeff was there for about five hours, signed autographs for the locals. FYI, the Camaro was a V-6 LT "Borrowed" from City Chevrolet.
