I recently made a purchase through paypal for a set of floor mats for my 06 HHR. after calling and emailing and getting no response from them, I had to file a dispute through paypal to get my money back.
I still haven't had any response from the whether my order was filled or sent to me. Just wanted to give a heads up.

HHR Boutique: Bill recently passed away from a long illness, & wife Linda is doing her best to

handle things, which is not her forte... But she is currently out of town for a week, I believe.

I have nothing bad to say, Bill was the gear head & will be missed, they always have been top shelf pepole to deal with.

So bear with things & have a lil compassion, till Linda returns & call her, if anyone has concerns.. She will help..

I would suggest (as per Lindas' chat with me) for anyone to please call first prior to doing any further online purchases..There are some 'out of stock' items that have not been updated as such.

Who Knows, ya may even get better deals on the phone.. There will be no re-stocking, what is IN stock is being sold off, & that's it..

Linda is Good People, & all this thrust on her at once can't be easy. So please keep that in mind..

They have been in this biz since early days with PT Boutique, & then the HHR Boutique.

Linda did call me today and explained everything to me. you are right sleeper, she said to call first to make sure she still has your order in stock. Nice lady we spoke for a while on the phone
