Historic Log Cabin - Before and After

Log cabin in background was built by local carpenter Thomas Lincoln (that would be Abe's father); the small original to the left in 1789, and the new-money large addition with built-in cabinetry in 1805. Abe was born just down the road in Hodgenville in a log cabin which is long gone.



This is how it looks now, thanks to a mentally challenged arsonist:

Sorry, no. According to the arsonist's family members quoted in the local paper, HE'S the victim and is not responsible for his actions.

So the family is guilty if they knew the potential harm this individual could do to society. They just turned him loose to do destroy a legacy of our nation.
