Does that type of ticket affect your driving record in a negative way? Fix it's are just that, fix it or pay it?

Nah, it's a non moving violation so you don't get any points on your license or anything. It's kind of like getting a parking ticket.

I used to have my tint done at a shop that promised if you ever got a tint ticket, they would take it off and replace it for $10. Used it twice!

I got 20 all the way around. I don't think its illegal in oklahoma, but if i drove to a state where it was can i actually get a ticket.

Yup and IMO you're more likely to get a ticket if you are from out of state. It seems like police like to pick on you more if you are from out of state because you are probably just going to pay the ticket rather than going back to that state on your court date to fight it.

Not necessarily true about getting a ticket. You would probably get off with a warning as long as it is within the legal limits of where your car is registered. I got pulled over in Nevada for having LED lights on my windshield washer squiters. The state trooper said they are illegal but, I told him that there are legal in FL (which they are as long as its not blue or red) and he let me go with a warning. On the other hand though, it's can be used as an easy excuse to pull you over and hit you up with a different ticket.
