Sindy, Thank You for posting the picture of your son and his wife. It is good to see them again even if it is just in a photo. You all have been in my thoughts and still will be. I will be sending good thoughts in your direction wishing him home safe.

I know it's early for this but, his 23rd birthday is Feb. 10th and will still be away on ship. It is my intention to over flow his mail box with greetings about that time.
What I did for his 21st birthday as he was on ship at that time also, I submitted requests to send greetings at message board I frequent (RokonWorld.com) and local news papers. Along with flyers at work, Local Teamsters, his church, friends, family and neighbors. He recieved about 200 cards and letters. It made for a memorable birthday. (as good as it could be considering)
He is this day in Pearl Harbor Hawaii. He's one of his ships official photographers and I know he took some great pic's while taking Libo (Liberty) in Waikiki Hawaii this weekend.
