LIVE, from Texas...

Hi, I've been reading this sight for the last 2 years, since I purchased an '09 HHR 2LT. It is a great little car that replaced my full-sized '99 Grand Marquis. The sad part is that the gas mileage is not "that" different.

The Car:
All original still, Black paint, Sun Roof, Roof racks, Aluminum wheels...

I wish I could find a way to keep my 100lb German Shepherd from sliding all over the back of the car...

Welcome and Greetings! Somebody here used a cut down rubber bed mat for a pickup truck to line the cargo area of their HHR. It looks great and sure keeps stuff from sliding around, like dogs.

Welcome to the forum.......

Either carpet or rubber mat cut to fit the back should help keep your dog from sliding around too much, but if they have to stand when going around corners they're just asking for it......

Welcome & enjoy the ride!

Gas mileage should be way better than the 99 Marquis unless you use I drive all the time. I had an 89 Marquis with Police Motor & 4 Cats. HHR is waaaay better.
