OK, so it`s pretty much established that the majority of posters think M. Vick is a heinous/ danger to society, kind of guy...who should be removed from the rest of the free world, if not outright killed...
But, is that because (1) He is a famous sports figure?
(2) Because he spent his time and money doing something that SOCIETY/the GOVERNMENT has deemed unexceptable...? (remember speeding and street racing has been deemed as such also).
(3) Because of the way you believe/understand, the animals are destroyed/putdown... They still shoot lame race horses don`t they?
(4) You just don`t know why you hate M. Vick or other celebrity types, but you just do...? Could be their lifestyle/money/recreations/ whatever, You just hate them???

You just dont get it B/B. Michael Vick has a spotty past and just look at his brother. Michael Vick thinks he is bulletproof b/c ever since he was a child he could excel at sports. Virginia is a place where high school football is king. The players on a high school football team can get away with anything and still be on the team. It is just not Vick, anyone who gets their kick by dog fighting is a demented person and needs help.

 

Let's reverse it. Why do you believe he is either innocent or his actions should be condoned?

 

Maybe we just need to stop repsonding till he is or is not convicted.

But now I'm interested in why B/B condones dog fighting, thinks Vick is innocent, or thinks we should just forgive him. Oh yeah.......B/B they may shoot horses but they don't electrocute them or slam them to death.

 

Dog fighting is a barbaric,cruel,and inhumane sport.Anyone who condones such as that is just as guilty as the jerks who practice it.When these low-lifes are found guilty by trial they should all be jailed and have some redneck named Bubba as their cellmate.Most Bubbas I know really like dogs.

Why do you hate people such as Vick.
He hasn`t been found guilty of anything yet. This is America, prove him guilty, not innocent.
And there are animals that are putdown by eletrocution, or a shot to the head, you probably had one for lunch today.
