Outstanding Krash, give that man a cigar or an appropriate alcoholic beverage of his choosing! It is El Maestro at the Nurburgring in 1957, Fangio was in a class by himself. I met the great man in 1990 and I was so nervous I nearly threw up, truly one of my heroes.

At first I was going to say its a Baker electric car, but it looks more like a Detroit electric car circa 1914-1919 or so.
