Oh geez Marshall, another case of "stupid fingers" on my part...that should read 190cc engine...ugh!

Here's a hint, my wife remembers them from her childhood in France.

I kind of agree about 3 lug nuts BUT, it appears there are other bolts on the rims. Maybe 2 piece rims? Or early version of the "hard body" look.
