To my home! I have semi-adopted an 8-month-old Rottweiler pup... She is awesome! My brother and his friend found her wandering their neighborhood, and they couldn't take care of her, so I did the humane thing and took her in. I have taken the necessary measures to see to it that if there is a rightful owner, they could find their pup, but if nobody answers the call, then I guess I will keep her. She's sweet in temperament; very friendly, and seems to like people in general. She listens most of the time, and I think she's already house-trained, though I will make sure when I go home for lunch today

The only problem I am having thus far is that if I get to keep her, what should I name her?? I haven't named her yet.. I've mostly just been calling her "pup," but that'll have to change if I keep her... Any suggestions?

That is really sweet of you to take in a stray.
Eddie adopted us over 5 years ago when he was about 3 months old. During the time to find his owner we just called him "puppy". Now 5 years later, I still call him that.

Just give it a week or so, so that you can see some of the character being displayed and a name will soon follow.

BTW.....how about a pic here or in the "pet thread"?

I promise to post pics when I get the chance.. I just got a new phone as well, and not to be a braggart, but it has an awesome camera on it! So I will post some pics of her.
