My wife and I bought a new 5th wheel yesterday to replace my 2016 tag-along/bumper pull, my home away from home. Our house is in NC but I work in Houston and have for the last 12 years (more $ to be made here than in NC). My wife retired last week and will be coming to Texas once our house is sold so we wanted something bigger.
I live in these for convenience. I'm in construction so I'm always working away from home, with a travel trailer there are no deposits, leases, getting the electricity turned on, etc. plus I have everything with me and if I get wild hair and a new job I can be on the road in an hour.
