New Year's Resolutions

Well its New Years Eve here on the East coast and slowly moving West so I thought about the resolutions we make this time of year. We may not keep them for more than a minute after making them, we may keep them for years like mine about not running over little old ladies. Some can be very serious, some can be silly, some can be life changing, and some are best forgotten. In the sometimes sentimental spirit of New Years I thought I'd share one serious and one silly resolution with you all. Please add on to this thread with your own resolutions, whether serious or silly, or even if you believe in them at all. But above all, I want to wish you my friends the very best 2011. Happy New Years everybody!

My two resolutions are:

1. To live life to the fullest every day and to make the lives of those I touch brighter.

2. To go to the bathroom outside my pants in 2011.

Now lets get the party started!

My resolutions are to read and study the constitution, and to try my hardest to buy only "made in usa" products. Which is near impossible these days though It's getting easier the more I try.

I want to spend as much quality time with family and friends as possible because we're nothing without each other.

That and I want to manage my funds better and keep track of things using spread sheets and printed files made on my laptop. I already have been tracking my gas $ spent since '06 and my house utilities since '09 which is a good start.

Also at 23 I think it's a good age to start taking better care of my self as a typical resolution.

Happy New Years everyone! Best of luck to you in the coming year!

I'm surprised no one has said "Lose weight" yet. Isn't that the #1 most common New Year's resolution?
