That'd be awesome to have help from a trainer that has trained with arnold. lol. just for the reason when people ask why im workin out or doin whatever a certain way i can say thats the way arnold does it lol. I play ddr and thats my work out. When I was 18 (currently 20) I weighed 250 lbs...yea i was a biggin for being 18. I started playin ddr and I'm right around 180. I still got to lose some chub its just hard to get in the right mindset and not go out to chilis all the time with the friends.

The good thing is that places like Chili's, TGIF's, Applebee's, and what not are now offering some pretty decent alternative and light dishes. It's important to socialize and it helps when you have healthy alternatives as an option as well.

A quick note on Lady Fenrir's Arnold experience....she was training in LA for something and she had made aquaintences with Joe Wieder, and Arnold was doing something around the area for Wieder and she got to meet him and traded some work out tips and stuff. She did not work out with Arnold on a regular basis, this was a result of winning some competitions and being considered, at one time, in the Top 20 Women BB of the Mid 80's in the world. She did work out with a couple of Mr. Universe winners, but Arnold meeting was just a reward for her hard work and was a very cool experience for her.

sry. Either way that is amazing. The only thing I can ever say is that me and my friend won nationals (drama) in humurous duo. So not really in the world but the us. Yea I think i saw that "guiltless" section at chilis last time I went.

HEY ITS 2006. I'm sure there is a bunch of things we all would want to do different. My life has changed plenty. 1st year without my father (R.I.P. 5/10/46 to 6/3/05). I started a new job this past week. I've been taking college classes on and off for a couple of years now. I should of been done awhile ago. As long as I take a couple of classes this year I should be able to graduate with my second degree. I have an Business Degree from my old college and now i'm going for an accounting degree. In 2007 i'm going for the CPA exam. I made promise to myself if I pass it on the first shot. I would then study for the LSAT and would think about giving law school a shot. My life goals could only be meet as long as I give it 100%.

just figured i'd update everyone. Thanks to dj I got in the same mindset as him and I've lost 12lbs so far, and I'm not starving myself just eating healthier and excercising and ontop of that I've almost quit smoking (its sooooo hard to do them both at once)
