Well, the dog idea seems to have faded into the background. I was all for it, but I'm not the decision maker, just the bread-winner.

They're talking Gerbils now.

 

brittney spaniel, female all of ours have been soo laid back. little spunky as a puppy but what dog isnt, except for maybe basset hound which are great dogs too.

 

don't know how to post pics, but this is my guy-a Norbottenspets-best dog ever (of course everyone's is-but I don't say that about my Westie)-so gentle,playful, and smart

Well this thread died on the vine back in August. However the winds of change blew back to getting a dog. This little girl just came up for adoption yesterday and she's our happy new family member. Mostly lab, but we don't know what the mix is. The kids and wife are calling her Sparkle, which is a dumb name, so I call her Cleo.
