I do have one finally ordered, got a confirmation from the dealer saturday.

This is my luck thou, I went sat. to check for the confirmation and make sure all the options I wanted are on the order. I go to my salesmans desk to catch up, and find out he retired 2 days after I placed the order. Wish he would have told me this al the times I was in there. He was an older guy, so assuming that retirement was the actual reason for leaving, just seems kindof abrupt thou.

SO now my delima is no one seems to be able to find all of his notes and my file we arranged before the order went in. We already agreed on vehicle trade in worth, money down, financing interest rates, etc. Now I may have to argue with the next salesman to get the good deal this guy was giving me.

I never thought buy my first actual brand new car would be such a hassle.

Sorry, just wanted to rant some.

 

Sounds like you went to Gallucci in Medina? Am I correct?
If they did that to me, I would find a new dealer. Service is everything to me.

Actually no, we went to Serpentini in Strongsville, just cause my wife works there and got a discount from them.

 

Ahh, not sure what went wrong there. They are good :)
