post season baseball
You are not suggesting the series is over are you? After only one game?
So the Rockies got beat up a bit in game one. There is still a lot of baseball to be played. And thank you for proving time and time again my assumption of your arrogance.
After last night's game, one thing was proven. Small, light balls are useless. They need to be big and heavy.
Sorry Deb, but I don't know if them Rockies have been in the thin air too long or not, but Francis just couldn't pull it together last night. His relief didn't look that great either. See you tonite for Game 2!

My oh my. Such manners! Why do you find it necessary to persist in personally attacking me? Is that what this site is all about for you?
Incidentally, I have never personally attacked anyone here, nor will I.
While there are probably some die hard Rockie fans I thought this line from a Yahoo sports story was telling
"Would you prefer Rockies fans, who even during Colorado's September hot streak were coming out to 50,445-seat Coors Fields to the tune of 19,161 and 22,400 and so on?"
How can that be??? Beautiful park, good team and nobody cares until now?
Rocks have to win tonight...if the BoSox jump on this rookie pitcher like they did on Francis it could be good night Irene. It will interesting how he holds up in the WS spotlight...he has done well against the Phils and D-Backs(how the heck they ever made it as far as they did with that crappy lineup blows me away) but now he is facing the big boys with 36K plus sitting on top of him trying to rattle him to his bones
Big Schill doesn't have the velocity he once had but I'll take his 10-2 postseason record
Here we go Red Sox here we go

Dude, I am NOT attacking you. Just poking fun at you. You have to admit you had it coming after your original post. I thought that it was rather rude and arrogant to completely write off the Rockies before a game had even been played, so I responded. It's all in good fun, don't take things so serious. Perhaps I went too far, so I'll back off. I will say once again it was not personal, just giving a bit of
back.

The two best teams are playing in the ALDS. Both the Indians and the Yankees are playing at the top of their games. Whoever emerges from that series will be the eventual WS champs.
Too funny! Yep...the Red Sox are good for what...one championship per century? Let's check back when the Yanks have their 27th.
Sorry man...busting your chops like only a Red Sox fan can
Kid for Rocks looks good on the mound tonight.............................
So far
