So, how bad do you think its going to get, or do you think a bailout will be passed? I've got some serious concerns, myself.

Oh well, if USA goes down economically, so do most other industrialized nations. Global community and all, you know. I would think China certainly has a huge stake in not wanting the US economy to bite the dust. Who would buy all their exports?

 

We must be near the bottom--down 29% since last Fall... And I'm still gonna order a 09 HHR--gotta do SOMETHING to help the Economy!!

 

The next few years will be tough, but we always rise to the challenge, it is in our genes. My father was a sailor (who came to America with nothing, rode the freights, worked as a real cowboy, a stunt man, a commercial fisherman, a rancher and investor, he never wanted for anything, and had a great life). He always said that when he was sailing, he loved the gails and rough seas, because they were a challenge. Well, we have some challenges ahead of us and we will get through it. Above all else, minimize debt, put your back into it and enjoy life. There will defimitely be some great opportunities for those who see them.

 

I think they will pass some sort of Bailout. I don't think it will be as huge as the Vetoed Bill. As fas as hitting bottom, Who knows?!?

 

I think it starts with everyone here doing what they should do. Tighten it up, keep workin, save yourselves. You saw what the govenment did to save all those in Katrina BEFORE it hit.....yeah that's right...nothin.
And not much could be done after to fix it.

Let's learn from that and start walking north to higher ground NOW. It won't kill us, but not changin and ignoring the comming storm might prove deadly. It will be a long walk....but better than the alternative.

Or wait until the government bails u out.....good luck with that.
