How about pork brains and scrambled eggs, used to eat as a kid.

 

My grandfather always used to eat that when we killed hogs. I thought it was disgusting then, too. But to each his own.

I didn't take time to read if anybody else does this, but chili cheese pancakes are awesome. And my bro-in-law dips his french fries in his frosty when we got Wendy's. He got me to try it one time, and it's not as bad as it sounds, but I still don't do it.

 

We were talking about some strange food concoctions at the Hillsdale BBQ yesterday so I thought I would bump up this thread.
