As the title says a Tennessee man was charged almost $85,000 to his Citibank debit card for a $30 tank of gas. He didn't even realize that his card had been charged this amount until he tried to buy lunch only to have his card declined. His statement then revealed that he was $84,522.54 overdrawn.
