u might try not eating. I once knew this chick who ate one mean a day, and she lost over like 80lbs in one month. Never really spoke to her after that cause.. yea. lol but the stars do it, and im sure they read it off a forum. :P

i X3 the doc, they can really help you, rather than give u speed, they can set up a nice diet and so forth!
