Well not an HHR, but close....lol

My soon to be 14 y/o daughter just got handed a 2006 Cobalt LS with only 49000 miles on it from her grandmother who found out yesterday she will no longer be able to drive. It's a base model, but does have cruise. It's the Majestic Amethyst color which she likes with her now 13 y/o eyes....lol Since it will still be a little over a year before she even gets a permit, I'm leaving at the long term facility my mom now calls home. It will get driven when we visit and I've told other family members to use it as well so it's not just parked. Sorry, no pics, but it's a plain jane model and will need a good cleaning as well. I just put new tires on it a year or so ago. Guess that delta platform had to come back around eventually.... Good thing I kept things like the socket for the oil filter removal.....

Sounds like a nice cobalt for a first car.

That's cool, and it certainly gives your daughter something to look forward to. May it serve her well.

She's pretty excited about it. Will be a good car to learn on and with the low miles, should last until she wrecks it...lol
