The HHR's Don't have Resale value as is. 
Do that, and you won't be able to PAY someone to take it away!
Rat Rods = Poor assed Fool who can't afford to Restore the car Right, so doing a car up half assed in primer and rust got a fancy Stupid following called a "rat(POS JUNK) rod". I won't Waste taking a Digital Picture of them at car shows. My memory cards space has more value than to Waste the space taking a picture of Junk.
Can't stand that junk, sell whats left of (if Any) usful parts, and get a Restorable car to Start with.

Any paint job that adds hundreds of pounds to a vehicle isn't for me...
I guess there are no worries about scratches... you can use a metal scrubby to wash your car....
