This thing only really compares to a panel hhr. It's a commercial vehicle first, they are not selling (yet?) the passenger model called the tourneo (just the commercial version with windows and seats):



The non stateside ford c-max is probably closer to a real hhr competitor as it is designed for passengers not cargo (although more of a mazda5 kia rondo chevy orlando (why it makes sense to drop the HHR from the lineup) competitor)

opel has a version.

If anyone saw the GI-Joe movie, the GI-joes were being transported in france by an Opel van that looked like the transit or sprinter. So GM Does have a version, but I am sure it will stay in europe.
