First one that comes to mind is a 2006 Ford Focus (loaner). For a big guy it was as close to a go-cart as you can get. Wasn't real peppy either.

73 VW Van. Not much of a heater, slow, overheated going uphill, always something wrong with it.

Every time I get in my spouses damn Miata. Most unconfortable thing in the world. I can only ride or drive in that thing for about a half hour. (we don't even want to talk about getting in or out of it) But the worst car I ever drove is a mid 80's Mercedes turbo diesel. 0-35 in oh 2-3 mins. Was a customers car & was taking it back to them. It was SLOOOOOOOOW!
And at the time I had a 76 vega GTwith the stock 4 cyl.

My friend has an '83 with ~500,000 km on the odometer.

Certainly isn't NASCAR fast, but isn't a slug either.... you sure the one you drove had a turbo? The non-turbo cars are dreadfully slow.

Heated seats work, power everything all works including sunroof... comfy cruiser!! I love that car...

Can't say I've ever owned a truly bad car, I've owned cars I didn't like, cars I broke, but none that were innately awful. Not even the 73 Plymouth Fury wagon with the 400 big block that lost oil pressure on the freeway. I still drove it another 3 months with no oil pressure. It actually squeaked when idling.

74 subaru. My first and last foreign car I will ever own. But to be fair I did buy it used so it may not have been maintained all that well before me.
