2010 shifter light

I presume there's a light under the PRNDIL on the shifter that's supposed to light up, especially in the dark, to show you what gear you're in. How do you get to it, and what bulb is required? I have not been able to find this information on line anywhere.

TIA.

As I said in the subject, kind sir, 2010.

When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

You pop the bezel off and look for the light bulb looking thing on the side under the PRNDL Who reads titles?

I've pulled that bezel. The light, if it exists, is secured under some other panel that apparently cannot be reached without more disassembly, perhaps much more disassembly. That's the question: What else needs to be removed to get to the lamp, and what lamp is it?

FYI. I did a Search on this site for that bulb. A couple of threads say that shifter bulb is a # 37.
How you get to it, I don't know. Mine's a 5 speed.

#37 bulb, remove the bezel and the console cover there is a bulb holder to be removed and it can be done with the driver’s seat slide all the way to the rear.

The console cover is removed, by first the e brake is pulled up, that cover will pull up to over come the spring clips, then the front piece around the shifter
