I want to replace my Air Fliter. How HARD do I have to pull up to get the cover to relieve? I am not as young as used to be. (76)

 

as someone said before... its the most secured air filter EVER
its held down by some rubber grommets yank on the thing until they pop out of the holes..or try using some wd40 to loosen/lube the rubber..after that its like 10 secrews or something like that holding the casing together

Welcome-

Pull carefully, as you don't want to break off a mounting ear.

Once off, wipe the rubber grommets with a light dab of hi-temp grease.
Next time it will come off much easier..

You will also need a Torque bit screw driver.
