Brake Fluid warning

Brake Fluid warning

Only got this after it turned cold here. Comes and goes, never had a car or truck do this?

Guys from Belarus say they have solved this problem.
The original brake fluid reservoir had a poor design - a “cold problem" as a result. Just replacing the reservoir into parts with numbers.
