I need help replacing the passenger side rear exterior door handle. Any video?
Am I even in the right place?

 

Welcome to the site, it's really simple, open the door look for the rubber plug that is on the door, pop out the plug, using a T30 torx screw driver , loosen the screw inside the door, do not use a power driver! Just a hand driver, there is a retainer and will hold the screw while you change the handle. Now, gently pull the outer handle and the smaller piece of the handle will come off. Now slide the handle toward the rear of the door and it'll come off.
Install is the reverse, real easy to do.

I've had the same broken door handle (plastic) problem on my 2011 driver's door. Bought a replacement handle on ebay for $18.
