Dr. Color Chip on Victory Red

I've used the search tool but what I didn't find that I'm looking for is if anyone has used Dr. Color Chip paint touch-up system on Victory Red. I'd like to know if you had good results and if it is as easy as they say on the website.

Thank, SS Fan, I'm leaning very strongly towards Dr. Color Chip as I have a few small chips in my doors and a couple on the hood. Thought this may be a cheap easy fix.

I got this touch up paint back in 2010 when I got my SS. Seemed to dry out to a slightly darker shade of red. It is Duplicolor.

I have used Automotive touch up also......for bigger parts, window visors, mud flaps. Still have a quart to do the cowl hood. Has always matched perfectly.

I tried Dr. Color Chip and found that it did not fill in the chip as advertised when you did the "wipe" step.

I don't know if it helps, but Victory Red has been a standard GM color for years on many platforms. If the HHR listing is missing or something, it's the same Red. We used to spray it on parts 15 years ago for vehicles like the Alero and Grand Am.
