Driver's sight tail light working, but not blinking

I do notice that when using the keyless entry, the light illuminates on unlock, but does not blink like the right side does. Is this more indicative of a socket then? Since the turn signal/multi switch isn't even being used in this case.

I think the unlock blink is the other filament.
One filament is stop/turn the other is tail.
My logic leads to either the socket or the wiring near it. Unless there have been any modifications!! Many people splice into the harness for trailer light, that sometimes cuts the wire. OR, LEDs are installed anywhere.

Correct, brake and turn are on one filament, running lights on the other.
